IM PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LONG STORY SHORT, I CANCELLED MY DIRECTV SERVICE TO GO WITH DISH. REP SAID I WOULD NOT GET CHARGE THE $160 OF EARLY DISCONNECTION FEE SINCE I WAS NOT UNDER CONTRACT. - HOWEVER FREAKING BIATCH CHARGED MY ACCOUNT! THIS CHARGE CAUSED ME TO HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY BANK ACCT. CALLED DIRECTV AND SPOKE TO 4-5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 6-8 BUSINESS TO EXPEDITE MY CREDIT. TODAY IS THE 8TH DAY AND GUESS WHAT? NO FREAKING CREDIT!!! CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE AND I WANTED A SUPERVISOR INSTEAD. TALKED TO "SUPERVISOR REG EMPLOYEE # 100222440" AND SHE WAS A BIATCH! THE ONLY THING THEY CAN DO IS CREDIT MY ACCT BUT I WANTED SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THEM NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO. WE KEPT GOING AT IT AND I CAUGHT HER FREAKING CHANGING HER STORY AND I SAID "THAT'S A SORRY ASS EXCUSE" FOR SOMETHING SHE KEPT ON CHANGING. THEN THAT BIATCH HUNG UP ON ME! CALLED BACK TO TRY TO GET HER BUT THEY CANT DO THAT CAUSE OF DIFFERENT CALL CENTERS...ANYWAYS, THERE IS MORE OF THE CONVERSATION THAN THIS...BUT NOW THIS TIME THIS GUY IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL UP I CAN SPEAK TO AND HE SAID HE TAKES "8-10 BUSINESS DAYS!" WHAT THE HELL?! EVERYONE ELSE SAIDS 6-8 BUS DAYS, THIS IS THE FIRST I HEARD OF 8-10 BUS DAYS FROM ANYONE AT DIRECTV! HE DID SEEM THE MOST HELPFUL AND GAVE ME THE REFERENCE # OF THE CREDIT HE DID FOR ME. OH YEAH, THAT BIATCH REG WHO HUNG UP ON ME SAID THAT SHE WILL CREDIT ME BUT SHE NEVER EVEN DID TRY TO CREDIT MY ACCT AFTER I SPOKE WITH THE LAST GUY!!! FREAKING BIATCH! I AM PISSED! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS TO GET MY CREDIT WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF ALREADY AND FIRST OF ALL IT SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN CHARGED TO MY ACCT!!!!!! I WANTED TO TALK BACK TO REG SO BAD TO CUSS HER OUT!!! STUPID FUCKING BIATCH!

  1. Hopefully you will get your credit back. I had a bad experience with a company - Kirby. Nicki told me you bought a vacuum with them. My dumb a$$ did too and I realize it was too much so I cancelled with them; however, they picked up the vacuum but never credit my account back. Thank goodness, I didn't pay by check but by credit so I put a dispute w/my credit card and Kirby never responded so my credit card credited it back to me but I think Kirby still has 'til the 20th of this month but I have all my paperwork to cancel it. I only had 3 days after I signed the contract but thank goodness I read the fine print. He said, sure you can cancel but didn't tell me I only had 3 days but that's on you so I'm just glad I did because after researching online, found out the darn vacuum is only worth about $250. Only let them darn people in because they said they will clean my carpet and hardwood floor but never did. Just talking about it, they pissed me off too...kept on giving me the run around when they already took the vacuum cleaner back but don't want to give me my money back. What kind of company is that?
